New Features and Enhancements
Introducing Secondary Assessments
You can now create optional assessments that complement the Primary Assessment without impacting care level scores. These Secondary Assessments allow more flexibility in tracking additional services or independent plans. This gives staff better tools for comprehensive care management—without extra administrative burden.
Benefit: Enables enhanced documentation and service tracking with no disruption to existing workflows.

Enhanced Resident Photo Upload
Photo uploads now include editing features like cropping, rotating, and previewing, consistent with the current eMAR process.
Benefit: Ensures better-quality resident images and a consistent user experience across applications.

Local Time Display Across the Platform
All timestamps (in Assessments, Notes, Shift Logs, Incidents, and more) now reflect your local community time zone.
Benefit: Improves clarity and coordination across teams by showing dates and times relevant to your specific location.
New Incident Reporting Workflow
Incidents can now be reported in the Incident module without first creating a Resident Note in the Notes module, streamlining the process.
Benefit: Speeds up incident documentation and improves efficiency for your care team.

Emergency Needs Integration
Once documented in an Assessment, a resident’s emergency needs are now automatically available throughout the platform, including in Advanced Directives.
Benefit: Ensures that critical emergency care information is consistently visible and protected from manual errors.
E-Signature Reliability Improvements
Users can now easily re-send digital signature requests if they fail to send initially.

Benefit: Reduces delays and increases reliability in collecting required signatures.
Today’s Work at a Glance
A new “Due Today” section has been added to the Care Dashboard for quick visibility into tasks requiring same-day follow-up.

Benefit: Helps staff prioritize daily responsibilities more effectively.
Digitized Alert Charting
We’ve transformed the Alert Charting process to help you track status changes (like falls or hospital returns) and follow-up requirements digitally. Decide what requires Alert Charting along with when and how many follow ups are required.

Benefit: Ensures consistent, state-compliant follow-ups and simplifies documentation for care teams.
Other Key Enhancements
- Service Plans: You can now display the “Assessed Date” next to individual questions, offering more context in care planning.
- eSign Efficiency: Auto-fills known contact data to save time when sending documents.
- Alert Charting Report: New reports to help administrators configure, track, and manage follow-ups.
