Auto Course Assignment by Aline Suite User Role

Overview

In this article, we'll outline which courses will automatically be assigned to users registering for Aline Academy based on their role at the community or organization.

In essence, when a user registers for Aline Academy, they'll be entering in both a Branch Code to sync up with their organization's pool of users along with selecting one of several Community Role options. These Community Roles, like Care Team, Sales Team, Executive Director, etc. will determine what courses are automatically assigned to the user.

Community Leadership	eMAR Basics, eMAR Controlled Count, eMAR Order Approval, eMAR for Admins, Care Basics, CareMobile, Leasing & Billing: Lease Management, Leasing & Billing: Accounts Receivable, Aline Payments, CRM Basics (for Post Acute OR for Senior Living), CRM for Admins, CRM Advanced Reporting, Quality Basics, Insights Basics

Please Note: while these course assignments take place automatically based on Community Role, not all users may be using all services within the Aline Suite. Please consult your Aline Implementation Specialist or your Aline Customer Success Manager for specific recommendations regarding which courses your staff users may benefit from.
